Associate Director

After graduating from HEC in 1990 and completing her education at ESCP-IFM, Florence spent 20 years in executive positions within product development, product marketing, procurement and brand marketing operations at retailers.

Joining IMPP as an associate director in 2010, Florence specialises in recommending category strategies and omni-channel customer paths to purchase and experience for large format retailers, specialist retailers and top brands. Florence is a retail and business consultant in:

  • Defining category strategies and activation drivers across transactional channels,
  • Management tools and influence skills,
  • Team organisation, functional roadmaps and cross-functional category processes,
  • Business training and coaching.

Florence teaches Category Management at Université Paris Dauphine and Purchasing Management at the IFM (Paris Fashion School).
